A sulfate-free shampoo that gently cleanses and defines curls. Cocoa and shea butters lock in moisture, leaving curls bouncy, soft, and naturally defined. The payoff? Soft, bouncy curls that spring to life with natural definition.

Easy as 1 - 2- 3: Wet hair and bar. Massage bar directly onto scalp and work into a lather with hands. Rinse completely, following with your Ethique conditioner.

Great even for straight hair

I have very very straight hair that thinks it's curly--ie, it needs the moisture that curls demand without the actual curls (much to my dismay). I bought this bar based on the ingredient list. So far, it's helped my hair not be so dry and angry, which is great. I like the new curve--it took a few washes, but it now fits nicely on my noggin as I apply, making it easier to hold on to than the squares. I am still using the conditioner concentrate that is no longer available, and this bar works nicely with it.
