We figured out a way to reliably ship product from our NZ warehouse to Australia, and we’re excited to help you find your fave products again.
To make this possible, we’ve adjusted our shipping rates: Spend $60 and shipping is free. Orders under $60 will have a flat rate $20 shipping fee to help us cover the expenses of sending orders your way.
Orders will ship from NZ, so please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. Shipping times to WA, SA, NT and Australian External Territories may vary and can’t be guaranteed. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or Parcel Lockers
No – unfortunately, the last opportunity to use your loyalty points was December 2024.
We use FedEx International Connect for all shipments to Australia. For peace of mind, parcels are shipped using FedEx’s No Signature Photo On Delivery service.
Please note: FedEx requires a physical street address, so we’re unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
Payments are processed via a New Zealand bank account, so some banks may charge a Foreign Transaction Fee (also called an International Purchase Fee).
This fee is set by your bank and is outside of our control. If you're unsure, we recommend checking with your bank before placing your order.
Yes – existing Ethique AU gift cards can still be redeemed at checkout during this reactivation period. However, new gift cards are not available for purchase at this time.
Please choose carefully. Due to the high cost of shipping from New Zealand, all sales are final, and we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.
