Smells SOOO good, and it leaves my hair so nice! My curls have been so much more defined and I've only used it twice!! I'd 100% give it 5 stars, but I was a little let down to see that it was much smaller than the conditioner bar (conditioner bar took up the whole box, shampoo bar could move a little to the side and about a 1/4 inch gap between the top) even though they're the same weight? But I guess it's because the conditioner is less dense than the shampoo. Regardless, this is an amazing product and I will definitely keep using this line!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't been loving these bars so far. May I ask how you are using them?
I ask as sometimes, it can take a few tweaks in how you use the bar to get the best results for your hair. I've copied below how we recommend using our Conditioner Bars, in case it's helpful (apologies if I'm reiterating what you already know):
Our bars are very concentrated and only a small amount of product is needed. We recommend thoroughly wetting your hair (and wetting the bar too), gently swiping it just a few times (4-5) - hair won't feel slippery on application the way it will with liquid conditioners, but the silky magic happens when the conditioner is rinsed out.
If you have thick hair, to make applying product on easier, I'd recommend sectioning hair into two or four, and rubbing the bar on each section to make sure there is enough product distributed - in saying this a little goes a long way, so make sure you aren't using too much! 😊
