- Nationwide tracked courier (urban and rural): $7 AUD
- Christmas Island and Norfolk Island tracked courier: $14 AUD
- Singapore international tracked courier: $18 AUD
- Orders over $60 AUD (excluding gift vouchers): free shipping!
Where do you ship from?
Orders placed on ethique.com.au are shipped from our Sydney-based warehouse.
How long does it take an order to be processed?
Our standard processing time is 2 business days, however during busy promotional periods this can take longer. Our warehouse team takes a break from picking & packing orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 9am Friday may not start processing until the following Monday.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship our orders with Australia Post. For peace of mind, all our parcels are shipped using Australia Post signature required service. If you’re not going to be home to sign for your parcel, your parcel will be taken to a local Post Office for you to collect. How long will shipping take?
Once picked up by Australia Post, parcels addressed within Australia take 2-5 business days to be delivered for all metro areas. Learn about any Australia Post delays, disruptions and service updates affecting domestic deliveries here.
How will my order be packaged?
Orders are shipped in home-compostable cardboard boxes with paper 'bubble wrap' which you can repurpose, recycle, or pop in your home compost or garden to break down.
The shipping labels and tape are not home compostable. Please check with your local governing body as to the appropriate way to dispose or recycle these items.
We are actively working with our Australian warehouse team to source paper tape and compostable shipping label supplies so all Ethique orders shipped to our customers in Australia and Singapore can be shipped in the home-compostable packaging that you know & love!
