Quantity:

Push (not twist) up base of tube (just a little!). Gently press onto lips, allowing it to warm for a few seconds. Then glide across lips for soft, smooth nourishment.

Pushed up too much? Give the base a light tap on a flat surface or the palm of your hand and the product will lower back into the tube.

Healing

Was gifted this a while ago and I really like it. It’s Smooth and minty, and heals my lips when they get dry in summer from swimming, and chapped in winter. Work well. Plus there’s a good amount in each tube.

Would definitely buy another one when my current one runs out. Mint or unscented would definitely be my top picks.
