Same amazing concentrate - now inside a home-compostable bag! You may notice that our concentrated powders now have slightly different packaging: a little bag which sits inside our home-compostable box. A complexity of using a home-compostable box is that they can be very fragile, and we want to ensure that these concentrates arrive to you safe, secure, and ready to mix! Of course, the little bags inside are compostable, biodegradable, and made from a renewable plant source. Depending on your region, the packaging you receive may vary as we transition to include the clever little bags. Favourite body wash

Great body wash! Easy to make up and great to use. Love new fine granules rather than bar but both make up the same.

Makes my skin feels soft

Feels like I’m doing my bit!

I love the fact it’s a concentrate, so those members of the family who don’t want to switch to solid soap can continue to use a liquid without the shipping impact. I use a small whisk when I make it which means it doesn’t get lumps in it. Only 4 stars because my 20-year-old doesn’t like the texture, but my husband is fine with it.

Excellent

I love this Body wash! It’s way easier to make than the old concentrates. When it arrived the plastic sticker holding it shut had come off slightly and there was powder in the box but I sent a picture to support and they sent a new one right away. It’s not super sudsy but it keeps my dry skin happy. I will repurchase this instead of the bar soap because it is easier to use.

Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us, I am so sorry that you aren't quite sold with our new and improved formula!

It's been almost two years since we released our first range of concentrates (a world first at the time) and we learnt over the years that based on customer feedback, the old concentrates weren't so easy to make up. We made these improvements with this in mind and created a creamier and easier to make formula. I'm also very sorry to hear your concentrate had leaked out of the packaging! We are actively in the process of tweaking the packaging to prevent leakages from happening in the future, so please bare with us (having a powder format was a first for us, so definitely a learning curve!).
